Three-year grant sponsoring partnership between TROY, Republic of Georgia institution concludes

A three-year U.S. State Department grant that fostered a partnership between Troy University and the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) in the Republic of Georgia recently concluded.

Library wins Dothan Campus Festival of Trees award

The votes have been tallied, and the Dothan Campus Library won the 2016 Festival of Trees Viewer’s Choice award for designing the best Christmas tree inside Everett Hall.

Twelve departments participated in the contest, which was voted on by the public throughout December.

Troy University recognizes faculty, staff for grant-writing efforts

Three faculty members from Troy University’s College of Education, Dothan Campus, received the Chancellor’s Award of Distinction in Sponsored Programs on Dec. 2 for their project to enable teachers and families to increase literacy rates among 4-year-olds at two area pre-K programs.

The presentation was made during the University’s 25th annual Sponsored Programs Recognition Luncheon.
